Human Resources & Accounting Manager  

Spectrum Consulting is currently looking for an experienced HR/Accounting professional to fill an opening with a company based in Portsmouth, NH. Interested candidates should hold current HR certification and have at least 3+ years of experience in accounting.

Responsibilities of the HR / Accounting Manager:

  • Recruitment and staffing
  • Performance management, including individual and organizational metrics;
  • Employee relations; Conflict resolution; Change management; Succession planning;
  • Compliance
  • Internal communications
  • Safety / Worker’s compensation
  • Payroll
  • AP/AR
  • Financial reporting

Requirements of the HR / Accounting Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associates degree with 3 to 5 years exp
  • Current HR certification
  • Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills including: Payroll, AR/AP, bank reconciliations, deposits, payment processing and invoicing
