Research shows that people want to be part of organizations that are goal-driven and outcome-based. While many organizations aspire to be goal or outcome-based, reality sometimes gets in the way. Creating a goal-driven culture is on many leaders “to-do” list on Monday, but moves down the list as the week moves along. In this 60-minute webinar we will explore ways to get started and provide participants with clear steps for building a goal-driven culture.

  1. What it means to be a goal-driven, outcome-based organization and what structural and cultural elements are required to be successful.
  2. The steps an organization can follow if they want to become goal-driven and outcome-based.
  3. Examples of goals and how these goals are measured.

About the Presenter

Steve Wood is President and CEO of Work Opportunities Unlimited, Inc. He joined the company as Vice President of Planning and Chief Financial Officer in 1996, and was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer in 2000.
